April’s goal is simple: I’m testing whether daily facial and neck exercises can actually improve the appearance of my jawline and tighten the area under my chin.
No creams. No procedures. No “miracle” products. Just consistency.
Why I’m Doing This
I don’t have a dramatic double chin, but I’ve noticed that area starting to soften a bit.
The kind of thing you ignore… until you can’t unsee it. And like a lot of people right now, I’m not about to drop money on treatments, injections, or anything that requires financing.
So instead of scrolling past another “quick fix,” I’m doing something different: I’m testing whether simple, daily effort can make a visible difference.
The Plan (Keep It Simple, Keep It Real)
For the next 30 days: I’ll follow a set of facial and neck exercises daily from the following YouTube video by Dr. Mandell

Total time: about 5–10 minutes a day
Same routine, every day (no skipping, no overcomplicating)
Once a week, I’ll post: A progress photo (same angle, same lighting)
A quick update on what I’m noticing (or not noticing)
At the end of April, I’ll give an honest answer: Did this actually help… or is it just another internet myth?
Starting Point (No Filters, No Tricks)

Today is Day 1.
This is my baseline: Neutral face
No special lighting
No “chin tricks”
Just where I’m starting from. (Weekly photos will be taken the same way for consistency.)
What I Expect (Realistically)
I’m not expecting a miracle.
From what I understand: You can’t spot-reduce fat
But you can improve muscle tone and posture
So best case: Slight tightening
More definition
Better overall appearance
Worst case: I wasted 5–10 minutes a day and proved it doesn’t work
Either way, we’ll know.
Why This Matters (Beyond the Chin)
This isn’t just about a jawline. This is about testing a simple idea: Can small, consistent effort improve something… without spending money?
Because right now, a lot of us are being told:
Buy this
Fix that
Upgrade everything
And most people simply can’t. So this series is my way of pushing back—quietly.
No complaining. Just experimenting.
