7 Days of Chin Exercises: No Visible Change (Yet), But I’m Not Stopping

Day 7 Update – The 180 Log

I’m officially one week into my April mini goal: working on my chin and jawline with daily exercises.

And here’s the honest update: I haven’t seen any visible change.

What I’ve Been Doing

I kept this simple on purpose.

Every day, I’ve been doing my chin exercises during my drive to work.

It’s about a 10-minute drive to the Amazon warehouse, so instead of wasting that time, I turned it into part of my routine.

No extra scheduling.

No overthinking.

Just consistency.

What I Noticed (Even Without Results)

Even though I don’t see any physical change yet, I do feel something happening.

After each session:

• My cheeks feel slightly tingly

• My chin area feels activated

• Even my lips feel it a bit

It’s not uncomfortable—it actually feels like something is working.

The sensation fades after about 5 minutes.

My guess?

👉 It’s probably increased blood flow and oxygen reaching the muscles.

Nothing dramatic.

But not nothing either.

The Reality After 7 Days

Let’s be real: Seven days is not a long time.

And this is exactly where most people quit—when there’s no visible payoff yet.

But I didn’t start this expecting instant results.

This is part of a bigger 180-day rebuild:

• Body

• Discipline

• Career

• Presence

And this small detail—my jawline—is part of that overall refinement.

Why I’m Still Continuing

Even without visible change, I’m sticking with it for the full month.

Because this isn’t just about my chin.

It’s about:

• Keeping promises to myself

• Following through even when results are slow

• Building discipline in small, controlled ways

That’s the real goal.

Progress Photos

I took photos today to track progress.

No filters.

No angles to hide anything.

Just real documentation.

I’ll be posting updates as the month goes on so I can actually see if anything changes over time.

Final Thoughts (Week 1)

No visible results yet.

But I showed up every day.

And right now, that’s enough.

Day 7 complete.

Still going.
